Our Statement of Purpose, Standards of Customer Care, and our Three Cornerstones of Service define who we are.

Standards of Customer Care:

      • Always being kind, polite and respectful.

      • Always returning our calls and emails within (8) hours, but typically within (2) hours,

often times we are in all day presentations hence the (8) hour notification.

      • Always inquiring “how are we doing?” to let our clients know we want to get better.

      • Always thanking them for their business with phone calls, emails and most importantly hand written thank you notes.

  • Taking pride in our facilities and our professional appearance while on the job.
  • Consistently asking when appropriate for referral business.
  • Consistently making time to tell more people about our company, products and professional services.
  • Consistently sending out hand written thank you notes to our clients so they know we are grateful and to anyone else who helps us with new business.
  • Always doing the best we can each and every day.
  • Following through on any/all commitments made to either our team or clients.
  • Always working towards resolution, rather than being “right”.
  • Seeking opportunities where we can share our knowledge with everyone involved with The Ultimate Salesperson Team.
  • Always speaking respectfully to clients and fellow employees.
  • Never being condescending or sarcastic to our clients in any communication.
  • Not engaging in any negative conversations to ensure a safe, professional environment for everyone.
  • Making sure we handle all TUS client concerns as quickly as possible, and with sincerity and honesty.
  • Being very empathetic and genuinely sincere when our clients are not satisfied or are experiencing a challenge, and then offering solutions.
  • Listening for opportunities to give a “personal” touch to let others know we really care about them and their business.
  • Understanding that our clients don’t really care how much we know, until they know how much we care!

Who We Are: ULTIMATE TEAM. ULTIMATE RESULTS.
